Sunshine Millions Pre-Entries Released

ARCADIA, Calif. (Jan. 16, 2003) -- Pre-Entries for the $3.6 million Sunshine Millions, to be held Jan. 25, have been released by the Santa Anita racing office.

The pre-entries are ranked in order of these qualifying conditions: graded stakes winners in 2002-03; stakes winners in 2002-03; winners of two races other than claiming; one race other than claiming. Horses with the highest earnings in non-claiming races in 2002-03 will be preferred.

Rankings are subject to change because of cross-pre-entered horses. Post positions will be drawn Monday.
