Grey Memo Third in Classic

HALLANDALE, Fla. (Jan. 25, 2003) -- California-bred Grey Memo's stretch run came up short and he finished third Saturday in the $1 million Ocala Breeders Sales Co. Classic at Gulfstream Park in the inaugural Sunshine Millions.

Grey Memo finished a nose behind runner-up Booklet and less than a length behind winner Best of the Rest. The $120,000 raised Grey Memo's career earnings to $1,479,659.
