October Yearling Sale Tuesday at Barretts

POMONA, Calif. (Sept. 27, 2007) -- The Third Annual California’s October Yearling Sale, co-sponsored by the California Thoroughbred Breeders Association, will be held Tuesday, October 2, in the Hinds Pavilion of Fairplex Park, beginning at 11 a.m.

There have been at least 16 individual stakes winning graduates from this sale in 2007, including Graded winners Celtic Dreamin, Greg’s Gold, River’s Prayer and Runaway Dancer. Graduates from the inaugural co-sponsored sale hit the races last year and included the California-bred Champion Two-Year-Old colt of 2006, Pirates Deputy.
