$60,000 Magali Farms Stakes
SENSITIVE SOUL

INGLEWOOD, Calif. (Apr. 27, 2008) - Returning to synthetic surface for her third career start, Sensitive Soul gamely won Sunday’s $60,000 Magali Farm Maiden Stakes, the final race on the Gold Rush card at Hollywood Park.

Sensitive Soul is a 3-year-old filly by Bernstein, out of the Woodman mare Kindred Soul, was bred by and foaled at owner Dahlberg Farms, is trained by Dan Hendricks and was ridden by Victor Espinoza.

Sensitive Soul was coming off a seventh in a maiden turf race at Santa Anita Mar. 31. She ran the 6 ½ furlongs in 1:16.63 and won by 1 ½ lengths at odds of 4-1. Hot Little Bug was second and Just N Excess was third in the field of 13.
