By subscription of $50 each, on or before April 6, or by supplementary nomination of $3,500 each by closing time of entries. $100 to start, with $42,000 to winner, $14,000 to second, $8,400 to third, $4,200 to fourth and $1,400 to fifth. Weights: Three Year Olds 115 lbs.; Older 123 lbs. Non-winners of a race other than maiden, claiming or starter at a mile or over, allowed 2 lbs; non-winners of a race other than claiming or starter at a mile or over, 4 lbs. (Winners that have started for a claiming price of $25,000 or less in their last 3 starts and maidens that are non-starters for a claiming price have second preference). Starters to be named through the entry box by closing time of entries. Hollywood Park reserves the right not to divide this race. Should the race not be divided and the number of entries exceed fourteen (14) preference will be determined by the above described conditions. All fees will be refunded to horses which fail to draw into this race. Trophies will be presented to the winning owner and breeder.
