By subscription of $50 each, on or before April 6, or by supplementary nomination of $3,000 each by closing time of entries. $100 to start, with $36,000 to the winner, $12,000 to second, $7,200 to third,. $3,600 to fourth and $1,200 to fifth. Weights: Three year olds 116 lbs.; older 123 lbs. Horses which have finished 2nd or 3rd in a non-claiming race in at least one of their last 3 starts preferred. Second preference will be given to non-starters for a claiming price. Third preference will be given to horses which have finished 2nd or 3rd for a claiming price in one of their last 2 starts. Starters to be named through the entry box by closing time of entries. Hollywood Park reserves the right not to divide this race. Should the race not be divided and the number of entries exceed fourteen (14) preference will be determined by the above described conditions. (Winners are not eligible and will forfeit their nomination fee). All fees will be refunded to horses which fail to draw into this race. Trophies will be presented to the winning owner and breeder.
