Another Full Moon Madness Cal Cup

ARCADIA, Calif. (Nov. 3, 2005) – Millionaire 10-year-old Full Moon Madness makes his fifth California Cup appearance Sunday in the $50,000 William T. Pascoe III Starter Sprint Handicap at Oak Tree at Santa Anita.

Full Moon Madness is by Half a Year, out of the Secretariat mare Soft Charm, was bred by John and Betty Mabee and is owned by La Canada Stables. He has 16 wins in 57 starts, earnings of $1,193,953 and is coming off a second in an Oct. 19 $20,000 claimer. He won the 2000 Cal Cup Sprint, was second in last year’s Sprint, fifth in the 2003 Sprint and was seventh in the 1997 Juvenile.

Stalking Tiger is by Twin Spires, out of the Falstaff mare Just Plain Fancy, was bred by Woolsey and Daehling and is owned by Robert Harder. He has three wins in 13 starts, earnings of $164,423 and is coming off a third in an Oct. 8 optional claimer.

High Z is by High Brite, out of the Zamboni mare Beverly Z. and was bred by Oakcrest Stable. He has one win in six starts, earnings of $19,920 and is coming off a fourth in an Oct. 21 optional claimer.

El Nuki is by Nucay, out of the Mining mare Colba, was bred by Dr. Carlos Vega and is owned by Pasq & Pasq. He has three wins in 14 starts, earnings of $130,560 and is coming off a second when he was claimed for $10,000 Oct. 12.

Bordonaro is by Memo, out of the Rajab mare Miss Excitement and was bred by owners Fred Carillo and Daniel Cassella. He has four wins in six starts, earnings of $117,164 and is coming off a fourth in the Sept. 7 Pirate’s Bounty.

Proud Louis Too is by Proud Irish, out of the Rio Carmelo mare Carmela Maar and was bred by Tricar Stables. He broke his maiden Oct. 23 in his ninth try.

Iamatowertoo is by Emerald Jig, out of the Irish Tower mare Dora’s Tower and was bred by Tricar Stables. He has two wins in 26 starts, earnings of $35,666 and is coming off a seventh in an Oct. 21 optional claimer.
