Plagiarist on the Stampede

CALGARY, Canada (Apr. 23, 2008) - Plagiarist is the lone California-bred entered in Saturday’s $50,000 Stampede Park Sprint Championship Handicap.

Plagiarist is by Souvenir Copy, out of the Seattle Slew mare Feature Article, was bred by Betty Mabee, foaled at Golden Eagle Farm, is owned by Al Side and trained by Jim Meyaard.

The $11,500 Barretts purchase has four wins in 20 starts, earnings of $151,722 and is coming off a third in an Apr. 12 allowance.
