Cal-bred Pair in Henson

INGLEWOOD, Calif. (Apr. 23, 2008) -- California-breds Suit Yourself and Nevada Worrier are entered in Friday’s $75,000 Harry Henson Stakes for 3-year-olds at six furlongs on the Hollywood Park turf course.

Suit Yourself is by Tribal Rule, out of the Man From Eldorado mare Amawife, was bred by owners Judy and Brad Carmel, was foaled at Magali Farms and is trained by Mike Puype. He has one win in four starts, earnings of $46,534 and is making his first start since finishing third in the Oct. 6 Cavonnier.

Stakes winner Nevada Worrier is by Lord Carson, out of the Marquetry mare Preppy Squaw, was bred by owner Joseph Duffel, was foaled at Duffel Farms and is trained by Jerry Wallace. The Barretts graduate has two wins in 12 starts, earnings of $134,552 and is coming off a fourth in the Mar. 2 Baldwin Stakes.
