Proud Tower Too Stands at Tommy Town

SANTA YNEZ, Calif. (Jan. 7, 2008) – Multiple Grade I winner Proud Tower Too has been retired and will stand the 2008 breeding season at Tommy Town Thoroughbreds for a $5,000 fee.

Proud Tower Too is by Proud Irish, out of the irish Tower mare Dora’s Tower and was bred by owner Tricar Stables. He won seven of 22 starts with earnings of $1,735,572.

His biggest wins were the $2 million Dubai Golden Shaheen (beating eventual Breeders Cup Sprint and Eclipse champion Thor’s Echo) and the Grade I Malibu Stakes. His final race was a second in the Feb. 17, 2007 Grade II San Carlos Handicap.
