Suances Transfers to Rancho
Temescal
PIRU, Calif. (Oct. 11, 2007) --
Grade I winning French Champion and multiple graded stakes winner Suances
will stand the 2008 breeding season at Rancho Temescal for a $2,500 fee.
Suances was Champion Highweight
3-year-old on the French Free Handicap from 7 to 9 ½ Furlongs, and a
multiple Graded stakes winner during his career throughout Europe and
North America. Suances is from the Northern Dancer sire line and finished
first in eight of 12 career starts. Among his victories: the Grade I Prix
Jean Prat, the Grade II San Francisco Mile, (defeating Decarchy, Sarafan
and The Tin Man), and the Dallas Turf Cup Championship.
Suances is moving from Cardiff Stud
Farm. His first yearling crop averaged $26,400 at the 2007 Barretts
October Yearling Sale.
