Last Cal Cup Deadline Sunday
ARCADIA, Calif. (Oct. 18, 2002) -- The deadline for regular nominations for the Nov. 2 California Cup XIII is Sunday, Oct. 20. Regular nominations are required for any horse missing the early-bird payment deadline for races other than starter handicaps.
The regular nomination fee is $1,000 for the Cal Cup Classic; $500 for the Cal Cup Mile, Sprint, Matron, Distaff, Juvenile, Juvenile Fillies and Distance; and $100 for the Starter Handicap and Starter Sprint. There will be no supplementary nominations.
