Gold Knuckles to Stand in California

ELK GROVE, Calif. (Dec. 17, 2001) - Gold Knuckles, a stakes-placed son of Silver Deputy, will enter stud for the 2002 breeding season at Daehling Ranch for a $1,500 fee, live foal. Lifetime shares are available.

Gold Knuckles raced for Frank Stronach and was a 9 ¾-length winner in his debut at Woodbine. He won five more races after being shipped to the West Coast.

Gold Knuckles, out of the Plugged Nickel mare Nickel Lady, is the only son of Silver Deputy standing in California. Silver Deputy also sired champion filly Silverbulletday.
