CTBA Stallion Seasons Auction Tuesday Night
ARCADIA, Calif. (Dec. 10, 2001) - Breedings to top California stallions In Excess, Cee's Tizzy and Free House are among the seasons available in the annual California Thoroughbred Breeders Association Stallion Season Auction, to be held Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Proceeds from the auction will benefit the CTBA's Political Action Committee, which has worked in support of this year's legislative relief for the California breeding industry, including the passage of advance deposit wagering.
A total of 29 seasons will be available. Among other stallion seasons up for auction are Comic Strip, Helmsman, Olympio, Smokester and Valid Wager. All seasons are no guarantee.
Bids can be e-mailed 2 hours prior to the Dec. 11 start, or phoned in during the auction at 626-445-7800 or 800-753-2822.
