Olympian Wins Another Stake

TORONTO, Canada (Dec. 1, 2001) - Olympian, a 4-year-old Canadian-bred son of California stallion Olympio, held on to post a neck victory in the $109,500 Kennedy Road Stakes Saturday at Woodbine.

Olympian, already a graded-stakes winner, has won six races with career earnings of $367,330, making the gelding the second-highest earner among Olympio's progeny.

Bred by Kinghaven Farms out of the Afleet mare Alison Sez, Olympian ran the six furlongs in 1:09.77.
