51 Cal-Bred Two-Year-Olds Cataloged For Barretts March Sale

A great group of 51 California-bred horses will be on the block at the 2000 Barretts Selected March Two-Year-Old in Training Sale scheduled for March 14 at the Hinds Pavilion located at Fairplex Park in Pomona, California.

There will be at least 3 two-year-olds by top California stallions: Avenue of Flags, Bertrando, General Meeting, In Excess (IRE) and Smokester.

Registered California-breds by such outstanding out-of-state sires as Affirmed, Alydeed, Chief's Crown, Dynaformer, El Gran Senor, El Prado, Fly So Free, Gilded Time, Golden Gear, Honour and Glory, Peaks and Valleys, Private Terms, Prospect Bay, Sultry Song and West by West will also be cataloged.

Many quality home-breds will be offered for sale. California-breds purchased at auction in Kentucky, Florida and Maryland as well as the major select sales in California will also be auctioned.
